The entire agency is dirty and everyone of the investigators are on the payroll of the fortune 500 companies. A blantant retaliation case is closed. This agency needs to be audited, no more federal money provided until the audit is completed. All employees need to be terminated, investigated, arrested, and placed in prison.

This organization investigators and their management needs to be audit and brought forth a class action. They do not honor their position in investigations and compliance procedures. They most certainly is working with the employers. I truly believe some are even being paid out to toss out creditable complaints. My investigator supervisor said that my then employer wanted to settle my case monetary. The investigator supervisor encouraged me to use his negotiating services to settle an amount and not an attorney. Because the attorney will want 20%. He was very adamant about it. So I agreed weeks letter this investigator supervisor went MIA and stop answering and returning my calls completely ghosting me. After I filed a complaint and got it escalated he called back suddenly stating that my employer no longer wants to settle. And that he is closing my case and that my charges against my employer will be dropped against them. something in that milk isnt clean. They paid him and he excepted and threw my case out. I asked to keep my charges opened and transferred to another jurisdiction in which my charges happened. He threaten that they could not and only he would be overseeing my charges. Thats fishy.
