My fiance at the time and I were looking for a wedding coordinator. My sister in law recommended Urban Elegance namely Amanda as the point of contact. Upon our first meeting, it was important for Amanda to get to know our personalities and what our vision was for our wedding. She in turn used this information to create the wedding of our dreams. We are glad we chose Urban Elegance as Amanda was detail oriented, resourceful, mindful of our budget, and kept our desires in the fore front to create a wedding event to remember. My husband and I are pleased with how things turned out after a year of planning to include visits to venues, monthly meetings, consistent correspondence via phone, email and video calls. On our wedding day, our guests described Amanda and her team as welcoming and professional. The ceremony as being filled with love and well organized. The reception as elegant, fun and just a joyous and celebratory atmosphere. The culmination of planning because of Amanda resulted in such an unforgettable experience for us, our family and friends.

From the very first phone call, Urban Elegance handled our corporate event with velvet gloves. When we contacted them for help with our virtual holiday celebration, we didn't exactly know what we wanted, all we knew was we didn't want our workforce bored to tears while staring at their computers. UE knew precisely what to do and flawlessly walked us through the process. Every vendor presented to us was more than qualified to make our virtual holiday experience memorable. Our employees continued to talk about the gift boxes, DJ, and photo booth well into the new year. We highly recommend Urban Elegance for your next corporate event. They are meticulous in planning, fiscally prudent and dedicated to delivering services on time.

When my now wife and I decided to move forward with our wedding, we knew exactly who we needed, Urban Elegance, to help make our nuptials epic. They did not disappoint. They actually exceeded expectations. Their experience, organization skills, attention to detail were top-notch. They also served as our bad cop and pit bull (vendors tried to rob us blind. So I contacted Urban Elegance, LLC to help me plan my small birthday celebrations in July. Let me just say that without their help, I would probably still be planning my celebrations as I type this review late September. UE, LLC is friendly, professional, PATIENT, timely, realistic, and I appreciate those qualities about them. Oh, did I say organized? Yes, I was able to keep my spending for this event within a reasonable amount, considering the amount of time I was working with - literally 2 and a half weeks. And the fact that I was planning all of this with just a short amount of time, meant that whenever I was frazzled UE, LLC managed to calm my nerves, which is not an easy feat LOL> My bday celebration was nothing big at all, but UE, LLC made sure I did not feel like a miniscule customer compared to some of their larger clients/events. Style and class were both on display. And the cupcake vendor they recommended was all the rave!!! Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Most definitely. Would I attend any of their events? Absolutely.
