This store lost the pants to a suit, which is basically like losing the whole suit. This was months after they had lost a dress and given me someone elses dress that ended up having a hole in it.

Both the owner and the team seem like you owe them something. Its like roles are reversed. They are predictably slow, inattentive, and borderline rude. Worse, they consistently destroy buttons on shirts. They oversteam/overpress to the point that your buttons will literally crumble into dust. Do not recommend. I took my business to Riggs Dry Cleaner (not far) and am very happy that I did. Service: Clothes pressing
