Ms. Sue said I could return in 3 days to pick up my item, I came by and she shrugged and said "I forgot, come back the next day." Very unprofessional.

Told me I could return in two days for an alteration, and when I returned Ms. Sue told me she hadnt started on it. She actually laughed because she thought it was funny. She didnt apologize at all, ever. This was an outfit for my birthday dinner that was happening that evening. Not acceptable. They never called me to inform me that it wouldnt be ready. When I asked for a refund, she would not provide it back to my card or refund with cash because she said she couldnt do card refunds (even though they process cards) and didnt have cash. She wrote me a paper check as a refund. Unprofessional and rude. They should be ashamed of themselves.
