Do not take embroidered clothes here. I took a delicate embroidered jacket here and it came back with tons of loose seams and tatters on one side. The embroidery cannot be replicated since the exact thread color match isn't really possible. They were kind, fast and didn't lose the item, but for anything important I would NOT recommend.

I dropped off my rug (runner) for dry cleaning. Her price over the phone was about $20 less than when I came in and I gave her the dimensions. She said 2-3 weeks and its been a month. I dont think Im getting it back. $73.
