Worst experience. The pharmacy, the pharmacist especially... Almost closed the gate on me after telling me in a rude and hasty way, that they close for lunch from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM. I arrived to ask a question and it was 1:28 PM EST. I don't think customers/ patients who are suppose to receive kind care and service from the pharmacy are treated this way. This is the second time the pharmacist has been rude, cold and complacent. I will be switching pharmacy.

This is easily the worst CVS location I've been to. The pharmacy is incompetent, and the pharmacist is rude and difficult. Every time I fill a prescription it requires some kind of negotiation and a minimum of 45 minutes of my time. Use a local pharmacist or a different chain to save yourself a headache.

This pharmacy denies me my life-saving medication every month. I have to spend an hour at the pharmacy counter, making phone calls to doctors and helpdesks. The pharmaceutical representative blames the CVS pharmacist and the CVS pharmacist. Blames the system and the computer that nothing is working. CVS is going to kill me.

This pharmacy couldnt fulfill an urgent care prescription but did not bother to let me know - I had to call to find out - even though I am an established customer. They did not start processing the second half of the prescription either, and did not have it ready as promised after I called.
