Absolute nightmare to deal with since going online. Ordered a dresser, halfway through assembly realized two parts are wrong. After contacting BBB, they don't know if the replacement parts are available and it will take up to 4 days to find out and provide next steps. They can't send a new unit and they can't refund this one unless I disassemble for pick up (assembly took 4 hours so far). Never again! Wayfair is so much easier to deal with.

I ordered this knife set with block for a co-worker's bridal shower. It took me over a month to receive and had to call about this. I was worried it would not be in time for the bridal shower. It hadn't even been picked up yet to be shipped. When it finally got here wrapped it and gave as a gift (didn't think I needed to open up and inspect before giving to someone). My co-worker and her fianc opened this up this week. It was correct box but within the box was an old block that wasn't even the same brand and also had several old and ugly knives with varying colors (see attached photos of box showing what it should be and other two photos of what was inside box). Company said they would get back to me on this but never did. This was not only embarrassing for me but so shady on this company's part. Will never order again from this company.
