Dr. Wu the surgeon answered my email questions during his Christmas vacation, and his answer led to a new treatment plan that made me a winner. Dr. Sharfie is an inspiring leader in turing implant dentists into premium solution providers. Chen, implant hardware manager, patiently supported me up the learning curve for two months until I became an educated buyer. He then personally delivered the technically very smart surgical device to my office AND set it up for me. Chen delivered Norstrom service for American Institute of Implant Dentistry. I love lecturing at the American Institute of Implant Dentistry in Washington, DC. The institute is located around several hotels which makes the stay for a course very convenient . Dr.Shafie and his group combine exceptional hospitality with education. They make make everyone feel very much at home while you join them for a continuing education course. The AIID offers top rated and trending courses which include Digital Implant Dentistry; The uses of Cone Beam technology; Guided surgery; Teeth Express; as well as How to Integrate the Ritz Carlton methodology to the dental practice. It is a top rated faculty and I would highly recommend it for all.
