I give two stars for the IT/asst manager guy, Lawrence I believe, and the dentist was pretty cool too. The billing specialist/manager everyone is talking about, yep, she is a piece of work. I can not count the number of people she had an altercation with when I was there. I interned with them a little over 2 yrs ago. I did great, especially since I went to medical school instead of dental but it wasn't hard to catch on. They told my school they were going to hire me but I believe jealousy and her old bitter best friend dr.dyson at change for life wellness and aesthetics whom I also worked for, took over and SHE, being the office manager, had other plans like wait until my last intern day to tell me, in a rude way, that they weren't keeping me. Lawrence was shocked. But guess what. One monkey doesn't stop a show. I got work immediately after that, I'm still working and progressing and i see she's still out here getting on people nerves messing with their money etc. SMH she needs to fall down a flight of stairs somewhere

Awful experience. The Dentist himself was nice enough, but the billing specialist was rude and condescending. She charged me a co-pay and when I told her that there was no co-pay associated with my insurance she disregarded me. For the sake of argument, I paid the co-pay. Afterwards, I called my dental insurance and they assured me that co-pays for a simple cleaning was not required. Their office never refunded me the co-pay. The charge could have been avoided if she had just taken a moment and called my insurance to verify. I'm never going back and I would recommend you safe your time.

I'm confused on why the rating is so low. My experience here was great from a person that loathes going to the dentist

I've been to a couple dentist offices but this one is by far the BEST. The staff is amazing and Dr. Stubbs is the greatest. They aren't trying to rush your mouth and they take a lot of time and patience with you. I will definitely recommend Lake Arbor Dental Associates to any and everyone. Thanks for your care, love and concern!
