Weve been patients of the Childrens clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. Scheduling is usually very easy and quick, at least the last 3 years, the website doesnt work to make appointments (no on answered). Doctors are great, except Dr Mara Mrquez has been our kids pediatrician since they were little at Georgetown Hospital and it is always impossible to get an appointment with her but weve liked the other pediatricians. Records management is great, they always respond and have efficiently given us out medical forms for school on a yearly basis. Overall, great experience.

This place is always behind, had an appointment for my son at 2:30, by 3 they said Id have to wait another 30 for him to get seen. Ridiculous. 15 people who came after me got seen before my son. Slow and behind all the time its just embarrassing for them.

IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR TRYING TO SEE MY DOCTOR. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO CALL ME BACK WITH MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY NEVER DO. I'VE BEEN FEELING SICK ALL THIS TIME AND CAN'T EVEN SEE MY DOCTOR. MARY'S CENTER ITS NO LONGER THE COMMUNITY CLINIC. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS ANYMORE. THEY STARTED EXPANDING AND THE GOOD SERVICE WENT DOWN THE DRAIN. TERRIBLE. DISAPPOINTING!!
