This is a very well-organized day care center, and the staff are great! Very straight forward, and couldnt ask for more.

Hello everyone, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for 2 New Heights Childcare Center. I cannot recommend them enough for their exceptional care and dedication towards my children. From the very first day, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at 2 New Heights. The staff members are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive towards the children. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels loved and nurtured. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my children are in such capable hands. One of the things that stood out to me about 2 New Heights is their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The center is always immaculate, and I have never had any concerns regarding the health and safety of my children. It is evident that they prioritize the well-being of the children above all else. Another aspect that I appreciate about 2 New Heights is their inclusivity. They welcome families from all backgrounds and create an environment where everyone feels accepted and valued. The staff was very unprofessional & not friendly. They lied saying my childs diapers was to small just because they want you to bring certain diapers. The parent liaison called on the first day telling me she didnt think this was the daycare for me and proceeded to argue with me and kept calling back even tho I hung up and asked her not to. Since that first day everything felt very uncomfortable for me. When you pick your kids up the staff stares at you from inside the daycare. They have a lot of rules. They appear to discriminate on parents based on the age. Asked a young parent to pick child up because child pushed another child... child isnt even 2 yet. My kids didnt seem like they liked the daycare. I asked my 3 year old did she want to start a new daycare she said yes. Wanted me to pick my kids up in 3 hours 30 mins for the first week even tho they were paid for 8 hours a day. A lot of back and fourth with the daycare. Little to no communication with the teachers. Took me about 2 weeks to figure out who my childs teacher was
