Bright Horizons Early Education and Back-up Center at East End

I cant fully express how grateful we are for the team at Bright Horizons. Not only do they take good care of our child, they give me lots of mental peace and guidance for when Im learning about new phases of his growth.

My family loves our Bright Horizons East End experience. Especially through the pandemic the center has been communicative and responsible in providing a safe and educational environment for our little one as well as a fun and happy place to look forward to attending every day.

Great experience for my first time doing back-up daycare. Erica the health and safety director was very professional and knowledgeable and checked us in with no problem. The team looking after my 11mo was kind and attentive. They shared pictures throughout the day and Holly gave me a nice debrief at the end of the day. I was provided the phone number in case I wanted to check in during the day but was warned that they might not be at the desk always to answer. I tried to call twice with no answer or call back. If I really needed something, I think this should be addressed by the team. Also, it was a bit confusing how to access the entrance in the mornings which you have to do through the building and security. If they can make that more clear it would be helpful to new folks. Lastly, if you are doing back-up care for the first time, recommend you do a dry run before you actually need the care if possible so you can take care of all the paperwork (there is a lot) and you know the check-in/check-out drill.

This place is not suitable for kids .First, the center is very very cold in winter. I dont know why but even the teachers complainSecond, the director is unprofessional. For example, when i asked about the Halloween arrangement, she said that the bright horizon policy doesnt allow celebration in any location bcoz not all families are celebrating the Halloween  i checked wth other location after months and found out that they celebrate. I wish if she said at this location we dont celebrate or arrange anything for kids She was not honest in different situation and gave me very bad impression I am glad that we didnt waste our time and i moved my son out They should post pics and videos everyday but this location doesnt post unless i go personally and talk to them The teachers are friendly but the place is not appropriate for kids My kid got so so so sick at this center and as soon as We moved him to another daycare everythin was okI am deeply sorrry to write this review but i have to help other mothers out there looking for good care for their kids
