Amy Collins worked on my defense with a high profile Federal case in Washington DC at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She was very influential in gathering of facts in my Discovery which helped structure a mutual agreed compromise of "Stipulated Facts" between my defense and the prosecution. I believe her interaction with the prosecution and presenting a strategy of a bench trial with the Judge allowed the me to get my stipulated facts reviewed by a judge with his wisdom rather than a jury, which had merits and was beneficial in my case. I was explained the possibilities of our defense strategy and to my pleasant surprise I came out with exactly what she had proposed. Amy worked around the clock, on weekends, and around my schedule to gather information. I believe she was able to navigate well with interaction with the prosecution which helped establish an alternative to a jury trial with the stipulated trial (BENCH TRIAL with Judge, no jury) I thank Amy Collins for building up that framework for my case, and the other attorneys who represented me at trial for their work, as the Judge was able to distinguish who I was as a person and from our Stipulated Facts and Exhibits. Her work helped in defeating one of my most serious charge... which is a HUGE win for any defense.
