L'Enfant Dental - Jeremy M. Robbins, DDS

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 10 years....going from Dr. Howard to Dr. Robbins. The office is clean, the staff are so friendly, but recently I found out that they no longer accept my insurance. I found this out by making my appointment online and then someone from the office called me to tell me that my insurance was not accepting any longer. I was also told that an email was sent out in January. Do you know how many emails people get per day? Sending an email to patients that have been with your practice for 10+ years to let them know you're no longer taking their insurance - not a good look! You could have had someone reach out via phone.

The staff at LEnfant Dental is invariably friendly & attentive. Dr. Robbins is straightforward & clear in his recommendations for care and unfailingly competent in providing that care. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish.

I cant say enough great things about my experience at Lenfant Dental! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. As someone with former dental anxiety, I never thought I would be happy to go to the dentist but now I am!
