If you are a contractor, DO NOT work for this company. Daniel Bert will not pay you for the work completed & materials, he will block you from every platform. He also has an outstanding balance of $15,880 with my small business. WARNING of all potential customer, Daniel will also take your money and start projects almost a year later. And provide the cheapest materials possible.

Bert hired a plumber that caused damaged to two condo below my unit. The plumber and Berts insurance did not take ownership of the damage. When I requested for him to be accountable for the damages to the unit, he stopped work on my unit. He is unprofessional and does not complete his work. I would not suggest anyone to use this company.

ZMD completed a Patio project that included the removal of a tree (from a very tight spot), creation of a new patio and awning, and demo of an old fence and building a new fence. Everything was done to perfection. ZMD was responsive and professional. The crew was excellent. Very positive experience. Highly recommend ZMD. Services: Install flooring, Demolition
