Very friendly, very helpful. AND was less expensive than some other places. They fixed my cracked phone screen; came to pick up the phone and drop it off at my place, texted me (on my computer) with accurate etas and communicated very well. Will definitely go back here for my electronic repair needs. Thanks!

I left my phone out in the rain and it stopped charging :(. I called up another first that overpromised and were vague about what parts they did and didn't have in stock. After that i talked with gadget TLC and they walked me through the options while being transparent that water damage is unpredictable. I went for it, and fortunately now my phone is back good as new. They had great communication throughout. Hope to not need a phone repaired again, but if I you do, they are a great shop to work with.

I'd say that Gadget TLC is one of the best local cell phone shop with honest and professional service. Fair pricing on both repairs and accessories. Highly recommended.
