As a professional of design I need my computer running well ALL the time and Arcamb was the solution to all my problems. Fast and efficient service with great prices. Besides computer fixes, I end up archiving all my old VHS tapes and photographies and had all my projects backed up and secured. A plus? Most of the time the service could be provided remotely, which was great considering how busy I am. I super recommend!

When you have a computer problem, time becomes the enemy . I just found ArcAmb and Ryan Linehan and I found gold . I needed somebody fast and good, with reasonable costs . You get what he promises - - ENOUGH SAID ! ( if you are concerned . . . I'm not related to Ryan or paid in any way . . just satisfied . )

My laptop isn't getting any younger, and with tons of pictures, music files and a decade of documents saved to dozens of folders, my computer was moving reeeeally slow. Too slow to get any work done. I reached out to ArcAmb after hearing positive things about the company through word of mouth. I met with Ryan and received quality attention and thorough explanations for solutions to improve speed and quality with my applications. He was prompt and professional, and my laptop is running so much better. She's an old dog, but she's still got a few years left in her thanks to Ryan's magic.

The service I receive is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I have had several IT problems that my old IT support company could not figure out. Very pleased with the IT support that we receive from Ryan with ArcAmb LLC. He is extremely good at what he does. I have never had a problem or an issue that Ryan couldn't take care of. He sends a request to log onto my computer from his location and takes care of whatever I need on my screen right in front of me! He answers any questions that I have and is very patient. His response time is faster than any other company we have used. I highly recommend ArcAmb.
