Crowded with DC types. Get in and get out. No eye contact , won't open or hold door for you but staff remained positive and friendly.

The customer service is decent but the wait is RIDICULOUS!! I place mobile orders often and theres still a wait!!!

I am a loyal Starbucks customer but hate coming to this location in particular. It is so busy continuously and orders take forever to be made. The morning is particularly hectic but it is often busy here on weekday afternoons as well. I will note that I have never had workers be rude to me here when Ive mentioned that Ive had a long wait. However, I usually will have to ask an employee about the status of my drink to get it made.
I do try to submit mobile orders ahead of time (e.g., when Im still on the Metro, like 10 mins before I arrive) but I think they prioritize in-person over mobile orders. I usually still have to wait in person even when I make the effort to order ahead.
