Laoban Dumplings

I came to the place to order dumplings and was unsure of what a dumpling was, the person working there told me to " look is up". I then asked could I speak with a manager she tell me again to " look it up". I was I applaud to why would the worker tell me to look it up without explaining what a dumpling was. She was so rude to me and wouldn't give me her name nor the number to the manager...This happen o. 3/ 14/ 2022 @ 2:30pm Zero customer service and flat out disrespectful toward a customer

This is by far the worst experience Ive had at Union Market . I usually stop at the market during my jogs and decided to give the place a try ! It was adorable from the paintings to all the culture ! I was so excited until I tried to order I was told they only had chicken and veggies dumplings on the WHOLE MENU so despite that I ordered 11 veggie dumplings , which were not dressed at all . Dry dumplings . I then proceeded to eat them and they were not hot , tasted like it had been out for a while , the rubbery dough stuck to the roof or my mouth during my chewing process . That still wasnt the reason I gave it such a low rating . As Im eating I hear the staff get alarmed .. as I listened closer I overhear they were alarmed by a ROACH !!! I almost regurgitated the food that I already consumed . This was beyond disgusting because like Ive said previously my dumplings tasted like they were left out . Now im thinking if the roaches were on my food .. I am highly disappointed in the Market And Laoban .. Will be reporting to health department!!!!!!!

Absolutely delicious! We had the pork dumplings. The lady that served us was wonderful and Ty friendly. We hadnt been here before, and she walked us through the options and we took her advice. Fantastic food and fantastic service.
