        My organization used Menus Catering for an event. We are a nonprofit organization that does a lot of important work in DC and they completely dropped the ball with our order. We ordered linens and tables and they did not come on the day of the event and we expressed that to our point of contacts, Bria and Shelby, they expressed that they could not accommodate our requests that we made weeks in advance. The tables and linens arrived after the event started which was detrimental to the order of our event and we could not pause the event to set up tables. To get a credit for their mishap we had to hassle them for some time after the event. The wait staff came without tongs and my coworker had to run out to Bath & Beyond to buy serving utensils. Those utensils cost over $50. The wait staff was also eating plates of food during the event. We were completely dissatisfied with their service.
