I absolutely adore them. I wasn't too pleased with my previous encounter, but First Class Carpet Service ensured a different experience by sending out another person. Eli was extremely professional, he took into consideration my problem areas and ensured that I was fully satisfied with the carpet cleaning before he departed. It's something about the pattern in the carpet that screams top-notch quality. This happened in Washington and I couldn't be more pleased.

Jeffrey is an outstanding carpet cleaning expert. My girls managed to get some sticky substance onto the carpet and I was concerned that we might need to invest in a new one. However, all traces of the glue have been completely removed and my daughters will certainly not be making slime in their rooms in the future.
