thomas showed up today and did an outstanding job! he cleaned our oversized sectional and living room carpet in washington. i had initially thought that some stains would still be visible on the sectional, but he managed to remove them all! the carpet smells fantastic and looks amazing!

Thomas was incredibly helpful. At first, I didn't detect any scent after the initial carpet cleaning. However, he came back a few days later, equipped with extra sprays from Right Choice Carpet Cleaning to heighten the agreeable smell. Thanks so much, I would surely recommend to anyone in Washington!

Scheduling a session with the carpet cleaning team was a simple process and their communication was excellent from beginning to end, even keeping me informed when the cleaners, Thomas and Kyle, were en route. Both Thomas and Kyle, who arrived in Washington, were amicable and extremely professional. Consequently, my carpet and sectional now have an amazing look and smell.

Had a fantastic time and Julian was savvy and well-informed about the carpet cleaning services. I appreciate how kind and soft spoken they were and entered my property in Washington with care. They werent as noisy as I was expecting, considering it was my first time having Right Choice Carpet Cleaning service. They were exceptional!

We were incredibly disappointed with our carpet and couch cleaning. The price quoted on the phone was different than the one presented in person, the cleaner arrived outside of the appointment window, and our items show zero signs of improvement.
