I wish I could give a review of the actual service, but my car wasnt detailed due to complete lack of communication from this business. I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email stating we come to you for pick up. No further details were provided and when I called the day prior to my appointment, I received a message that the number wasnt accepting calls. So I drove to the NY Ave address and of course this business is not at that address. I called multiple times, texted, and emailed and more than 24 hours after my appointment, I still have not received the courtesy of a response. I have no idea if this business actually exists, but if it does, I highly recommend avoiding it. I cant recall ever having an experience like this before. Ill happily pay more money to a business that values its customers and operates in a more professional manner.
