        I love this salon! Andrea is my fantastic stylist and I intend to have her always work on my hair. Andrea is a hair genius! The salon is clean, uplifting, and all around grand. Close to metro train and buses. If you dont love your stylist you need to come here!

        I am quite saddened and disappointed with my result. I came in for a perm. I did a consultation, to ensure that my questions were addressed and to inform that i did not want to cut my hair. The consultation felt rushed but i came back a week later for the perm. The perm took about 5 hours, and was a painful process. The ends of my hair were burnt and needed to be cut off (which i really did not want but had to do) and it was a rushed cut so now my hair is uneven. I was charged $300 instead of the quoted $200. Moreover, my hair isn't even very curly on top now! I am very disappointed and wished they took better care of me and my hair.

        I have been going to Susan at By Subairi for perms for the last year and a half, she consistently gives really nice, natural looking perms at every length! Would recommend for anyone looking for perms.

      I am sorry that you felt rushed after taking the time do your perm for over 3 hrs. You have a lot of hair and I did discuss the issue with the previous colored or bleached hair on ypur ends. You wanted to perm your hair even though I pointed out that the ends of your hair may could be an issue. I offered for you to come back for a trim and conditioning treatment after the 48 hour period is finished. The price included the retail that you bought and the partial hair cut. A spiral perm is $200.00.
