Marie fit me in this morning and was fantastic! I've been having muscle tightness in my left shoulder and neck area for the better part of a week, and she definitely reduced my muscle tension. Marie has 20+ years experience and it showed! Service: Massage

So very, very disappointing. Not the massage that I received from Maureen - which was really good. But the customer service. I came in with a gift certificate for $100 which I presented to the front desk when I arrived for my 50-minute massage ($150). I had the massage, which was great . . . and, then, up leaving was informed that the gift certificate (purchased within the year) had expired and that I owed the full $150, which I had no choice but to pay. That means, though, that I (the gift giver and I) paid $250 for a 50-minute massage. The manager said that she would contact the main office and see what could be done, but they refused to make good on the gift certificate or otherwise help. Again, Maureen was really good. But if you get in any kind of fix with this place, the company will not lift a finger to make it right. Buyer beware. Service: Massage
