One of the most beautiful tea rooms I've ever been too. Meant for special occasions. They provided alternatives to champagne since I was pregnant.

Decent tea, not worth the $$, sandwiches and foie gras macaroons were best, pastries were underwhelming. Tea came out super super late . Not planning to go back .

If you're looking for a nice spot to have afternoon tea, try them out. However, I would manage my customer service expectations.Atmosphere - The decor is very beautiful! As soon as you step into the area, you no longer feel like you're in a hotel. You feel like you've been transported somewhere else. The seating was comfortable and spacious. There was even a live harpist to enhance the ambiance. Customer Service - This is where I had to take off a star. It could've been better. The tea service comes with a glass of champagne. However, my friend doesn't drink much so she didn't want that. Our server walked away and came back with my drink. We then asked if my friend could get a mocktail. Then, that option was offered to her. I'm not sure why that wasn't offered to begin with. Also, we got our tower before our tea. I've done tea many times and the tea was always brought out first. We hadn't even ordered our teas yet before the food was brought out. But everything else made up for these small things.Food/Drinks - 10 out of 10. Everything was delicious! One of the sandwiches had caviar, which was a nice surprise. The scones are desserts were also quite tasty. And we did not leave hungry.Overall, I would go back. It's a nice place to go with your girls, your sisters, or mommy/daughter day.
