Addicted to their egg n cheese on croissant. Great service as well.
Update: Customer Service has declined. The young AA man in the money is always in a bad mood with some of the worst attitude I have seen by any business. A coworker of mine said the same to me. It's not only about the food. Customer service is equally important.

We are a military family visiting DC and came to Georgetown specifically to visit this store based on their mission. Drinks, sandwiches, and desserts were delicious. Customer service was less than enthusiastic.

Echoing others recent reviews below. Georgetown resident here who appreciates Dog Tags mission and has enjoyed their reliably good coffee and tasty pastries but is getting increasingly frustrated with the customer service. The man who now often takes orders at the counter has a dismissive attitudeas if customers are somehow doing the store a favor by patronizing themand generally appears as if he doesnt want to be there. Quite a few other cafes and bakeries exist in the neighborhood whose staff are friendlier and dont treat you as if youre an inconvenience, so Im hoping the managers here will wisen up and afford their team members some appropriate guidance. (There are definitely other staff who are more professional, but they dont seem to be at the counter as often.).
