2100 Connecticut Ave is a fantastic home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Management is friendly and attentive- maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff is always eager to help solve any problems and answer questions. The gym is great and the shared laundry space is well-kept. My one bedroom is plenty spacious and full of natural light. Living here has been a wonderful experience.

Very clean apartments, secure package room and mail boxes, and nice amenities including functional washers and dryers, a gym, and a rooftop. Great views of Connecticut Ave, but you definitely feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city because its in kalorama, a very quiet neighborhood.

I've lived here about three years. Despite the property manager being changed what it seems to be every few months (my biggest overall complaint), the consistency of service remains unchanged and is well done. The community spaces are kept clean and well-maintained. Maintenance is quick and attentive. The studios are small, but many have a separated space for a 'bedroom' that makes it feel larger. The roof deck is the major selling point of this place though, truly spectacular.

2100 Connecticut Ave has been a great place to live! The location is incredible - you are near so many vibrant and lively neighborhoods while still being in a very safe place. The management of this building is excellent - requests for small and big fixes are handled immediately and the staff is always eager to help solve any problems that may arise.
