This place is nice infested, and once complained to management, they had the nerve to act as if they were shocked. I mean the mice run through the units plentiful, I asked the neighbors and they confirmed that this has been an issue for years. Disgusting!

If you like roaches and disrespectful and fake management and receptionists and no parking unless you work there or are a relative of management this is the place for you its so bad the roaches are in the hallway they dont fix anything when you put in a request so thats a waste of time but they will raise the rent with no problem if this is what you want come on down to Severna on k street the last time they had a good review it definitely wasnt the same staff

Management is pretty disrespectful and does not treat maintenance requests with any seriousness. The rooftop has been closed for half the year and the exercise room has been closed a whole month...

Very responsive maintenance, new facilities, close to where we like to shop, there's always parking nearby, and the best market rate prices for the surrounding area.
