Sara and Adrienne are both extremely professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive of clients pursuing their health. Both the acupuncture and massage therapy are on a sliding scale because they are done in a community setting for needling and not a fancy spa for massage (the massages are in a private room). If your goal is high quality body treatment, this is the place. If youre looking for privacy and luxury, go elsewhere. I love it and highly recommend.

Clean and calm room. The acupuncturist is gentle and the needles are small and not painful. I only had a weird/bad experience once, when the session gave me really excruciating chest pain and landed me in the ER. Never really understood what happened in that session, and for unrelated reasons have not been able to go back since. At one point, they offered me Chinese supplements to try along with acupuncture. I did start to take them, but stopped for reasons not relevant to this business. I've tried acupuncture elsewhere and sometimes was met with really large, painful needles, and a heavy handed acupuncturist. Little Bird was definitely the superior ambiance and experience. I'm just not sure whether I would return or if they meant to harm me that one time.
