I usually dont post any reviews but this time I needed to inform fellow business owners. F&B industry will always face pest issues either mices roachs or flies. I have been with a small local company previously and they did not do their job. I dont want to mention the other company here but in conclusion I swithed to Presto and Damn happy about my decision. Our service person's name is Jim and he did a detail initial inspection and explained the whole process and road map how he will help us with pest issues. Very attentive, helpful, and extremely well trained person. In addition, he shows professional demeanor in all aspects. Overall it has only been week 2 since we switched, but very satisfied and already seeing results. Thanks Presto, and Thank you Jim.
