There is a rude woman who speaks arrogantly and acts with you based on information she has, such as name and appearance. Worst service I ever see.

Absolute scum of the earth company. These people are malicious & absolutely out to screw anyone they deal with. They NEVER answer the phone. They extort people for their money. Their customer service person - Pattie is a piece of work. She taunts people and belittles them. This woman lives a very miserable life & its obvious. -10000/10 awful, horrendous, disgusting & predatory.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in years.Quite possibly the rudest woman in history when you call for assistance and her name is Patty. And when you show up to get your car she gets even worse. Wasn't clear on fees and only accepted cash.This disproportionately affects people of lower income with possibly the inability to cover costs with cash. A BBB complaint is forthcoming. It was that bad. Never use their services. No concern for my situation and my need to get my kids to a school event which they missed.
