I would 110% recommend Kristen and The Rosaio Team! My boyfriend and I just bought our first house and Kristens vast amount of real estate knowledge and many years of experience in the Delaware housing market made our first home-buying experience way less daunting. She knew the answers to the majority of our countless questions and if she didnt, she immediately reached out to her network of agents and contractors to get the answers for us. Since we both work full-time jobs, it meant a lot to us that Kristen was able to have meetings and showings after normal business hours and on the weekends. Kristen will work tirelessly to help you find your perfect house!

Kristen and her team are the absolute BEST! Kristen helped me find my first home and I was so overwhelmed as I was doing it alone with a newborn and toddler. She made it as stress free as possible, was very reassuring and I trusted her through the whole process and things couldnt have gone more smoothly!!! I have now been in my home for 4 years. Shes the best!
