My mom and I have been going to harmonious minds for years, each appointment weve had to wait over 30 minutes sometimes even an hour- the longest is probably 2 hours. My mom tried scheduling an appointment and got ghosted. She left countless voicemails, emails etc and has not heard back from the office or Dr. Wadwha herself. This is very unprofessional and unfortunate as we have been going here for close to a decade. My sister, mom and I were all patients. On top of being very late to our appointments and not getting back to us for MONTHS you have to jump through obstacles to actually get your prescriptions filled! Ive had to go weeks without my medication because the office refuses or drags their feet to call in the prescriptions. Save yourself the trouble and just find another psychiatrist- its clear no one here actually cares about their patients and the staff is very unkind
