After interviewing several attorneys for a third felony D.U.I. offense that holds a minimum mandatory jail sentence, I decided to call one more law firm. I called Knepper & Stratton, and I was put in contact with Ben McNatt. After going over my charges and my priors I respected him for going over the seriousness a Third D.U.I. is. He informed me of the jail time, and that it would most likely be the end result. I knew right away this would be the Lawer I was going to hire. He was honest and did not beat around the bush. He was straight forward with me. He did not promise anything less, so I expected nothing lass and prepared myself mentally. He explained everything to me thoroughly and fought hard for me for over a year (my case took place during COVID 19) He suggested some actions I should take during the time I was waiting on a court date, and I took his advice. I have never met someone so knowledge and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case. NO JAIL TIME! I couldn't believe it! If anyone every asks me who I hired, I tell them, "Ben McNatt, and you should to!" He literally went above and beyond.

I have required the services of Mr Knepper twice over the last 10 years. Once for a traffic ticket and most recently for an auto accident. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and courtesies extended me by Mr Knepper and his staff. Everything was handled in a very timely manner. It's also nice to say that the results of both matters were very much in my favor. Everything was explained to me every step of the way thru the process. I would not hesitate to be represented again by Mr Knepper and would certainly recommend friends and family to use this firm.

Never in Stratton law firm is a poor firm he did nothing to investigate my case he did nothing to and look into my case he did nothing to help mehe backed out of the case till before investigating what was going on he tried to tell me the two companies were the same company and they weren't or two different companies I highly recommend not using this companyhe iaughed bout everything we were talking about like it was a joke the guy Martin is a clown
