My experience with this practice was the worst encounter I've ever had in seeking medical care. I chose to make an appointment based on an advertisement which offered a free consultation for my symptoms. Firstly, the facilities themselves were not up to standard cleanliness. Secondly, their practices were at best confusing, and at worst, misleading and fraudulent. After my discussion with the first provider, I was made to sign more paperwork, then met a second doctor who did not clearly explain a diagnosis or treatment options. They then took an X-ray then sent me to a room with a nurse who was trying to perform an injection on me again without providing sufficient information or explanation. I refused and left the facility, but my insurance was still billed which was not clearly stated to me that it would be. My overall experience was terrible, and I would advise patients to avoid this practice.
