My family and I have been patients at this practice for many years with Dr. Hayes, but he recently retired and I was assigned to Thomas Hilton. On my initial office visit with Hilton, he entered the room and immediately began to speak to me in an extremely unprofessional, condescending tone. He does not appear to like his job. I went in to be consulted, not insulted. I left quickly and will not be returning.

Dr. Hilton and his staff were very professional! It has been a while since I had a complete check up. Dr Hilton was very thorough and made me feel at ease. He had a lot of great advice for me and recommended several tests for a person of my age. If you are looking for a Doctor who takes pride in his work, I highly recommend him.

This review is on behalf of my mother, who has been a patient of Dr. Hiltons for over 20 years. He used to be a kind, professional doctor. Over the past 5 years he has gotten increasingly more unkind, rude, and disrespectful. The last straw was a few weeks ago when, after dismissing her extreme neck pain for months, he looked at her and said well I see gray hair on your head, and youre 69. Essentially he told her that because shes getting older, she just has to learn to deal with chronic pain. Its time for Dr. Hilton to retire and make room for physicians who treat all patients with respect, regardless of age.
