    Mike Wright is the man!! Ive been with T-Mobile for a long time. Ive been encouraging my parents to make the switch. We came in and Mike made the process seamless. My parents are now T-Mobile customers. It was truly an outstanding customer experience! Thank you Mike and T-Mobile.

    Came in here to make the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. When finally sitting down, our salesman let us know that T-Mobile would pay off any Verizon phone up to a certain amount. This made our decision easier knowing that. As part of our new plan, we were offered two Apple Watches to go along with our two new phones and were told this was some sort of promotion. If we opted out of these watches, our bill would be higher. We expressed that we really wouldnt use Apple Watches, and asked if we could substitute for an IPAD instead without our bill being any higher. Salesman confirmed that we could do this, and we even got the older gen iPad to keep our bill amount to the amount that we were told. We Were not able to completely finish transaction because store was closing, so agreed to come back to finish with the trade in/ phone payoff in a few days. Come to find out, T-Mobile DOES NOT pay off Verizon phones, leaving us with $400+ we have to put out of pocket now to pay off phone on other plan. Also, when viewing my first bill, it was SEVENTY DOLLARS MORE than what we were told the monthly bill would be by our salesman. After talking to customer service, the IPAD added about $40 a month to our bill when we were told it would replace the Apple Watches that we needed to get to keep our bill lower. Very disappointed in this transaction and a part of me regrets making the switch to T-Mobile after feeling like Ive been taken advantage of.
