This company is a horrible company to work for. Although I enjoyed my time serving the community and caretakers, the office was a complete mess. I was terribly bullied, along with other staff within the office. I even escalated it twice, unfortunately all I received was an email apologizing almost a month later from the incident. This person was not reprimanded for the embarrassment and (verbal/physical) disrespect that I endured for three months while working there. I pray that the Delaware Department of Labor is notified about the conditions of mistreatment of the office staff and that some one speaks up before its too late. Bullying should not be tolerated!

This company is unprofessional, takes zero responsibility, has no sympathy or empathy. How do you employee people whos job it is to take care of the elderly but you have NO system in place to keep track of your employees if they show up if they are working that day. If you have ANY issues they do NOT care. They correct absolutly nothing and its like talking to a child who gives rebuttals when you have any problem. My 94 year old grandmother was left on 3 separate occasions with no aid to show. Each time I called to speak to Katherine shes had the WORST attitude and speaks over me in every way possible. When someone did not show her response was you had an aid all December thats lovely and now there is a problem and the ONLY thing you try to do is reach out to the aid that did not show. No corrective action taken? I will be calling the state to look into this company absolutly. I have never been treated so terribly by people who are CAREGIVERS

No call no show scheduled to come out at onetime they get here when they want Im so glad my son isnt as sick as he was when I brought him back I wouldnt referee this place to no one !!!!!!

Had some from this place come into my house and remind you she walked right in and told my disabled brother that she needed her money and wasnt going no where and he told her to leave and we don't know this lady or never ever did service with this company and after i found out after what company she worked for and i talked to her boss and her boss said she should of never been there and yes i called the police but this place i dont like cause there is something going on at this company cause how would they know about my brother and to know where he lives seems fishy to me. Please don't trust these people.
