MidAtlantic Hood Cleaning

Wow wow and wow. This is the first time I used this company because they were recommended. I have had hood cleaning done for years now and this work that was done today was not even called a cleaning. (pics attached) It took them 3hrs to do this. When confronting the employee I said I'm sorry this is unacceptable work on every level his response was well if you want more work than you have to pay more, I could hardly believe what I was hearing. I questioned why a brillo pad was used to clean my stainless steel first it did not clean it and seccondly they left scratch marks all over his reply was we were told to do eye level work. Ok that means what exactly because you didn't even do eye level work. I contacted the on call which was Travis the owner i informed him of the issue and he said I will call you right back let me call the employee "NEVER CALLED BACK" I sent him pictures of the work he replied THANKS 'WORKING ON IT" not sure what that meant to me!! day 2 never heard anything back so I called and said payment has been cancelled for the job now all of a sudden 'Chris" the manager is calling and he's calling with a bothered attitude and says it was a simple oversight lol we want to send the same guy out I said not happening period, these guys had a grease party, don't ask how my counter tops my front door my kitchen area, my walls were left with grease everywhere. This is unacceptable period. I was very bothered with the work ,than the response from the owner and the manager Chris WAS JUST FAR FROM PROFESSSIONAL HEK Chris stated I WAS LUCKY TRAVIS EVEN GAVE ME 5MINUTES BECAUSE HE'S TO BUSY TO DEAL WITH ISSUES. Well Travis if you are the owner than your the face of your business so obviously you can careless what work was done and how your customers are addressed when a issue arises... bad business bad attitude and just simply bad work.
