I would submit 0 stars. Person who answered the phone was extremely rude!! They do not offer any services. This is not stated on the website. Nemours has gone downhill and is no longer reputable. Shame on you!!

Most money focused.. I am writing this with highly frustration.. I was asked same questions again and again in the first visit about my kid. There was nothing else done. I clearly asked them before appointment, if there will be any special charge, they told that I have to just pay copays. But they charged me $500 for just discussion. I am really not sure where I can report these kind of hospitals.

As others have mentioned , this place is a complete joke. 18 years in medical field, never seen this type of incompetency. When you as a provider are taking extensive amount of time (30-60 minutes) of filling out questionnaires with parents and totally ignoring the child, you expect a 5 year old to sit still and behave normal in a small room without any toys or activities. A child is not a robot.

We are nemours patients but they will not see our child. They said due to COVID they are not taking any new patients. They sent a useless list of resources. COVID is the reason he needs to see them. They are letting the kids down.

Their website says they are they to help families! What a joke! Have you tried calling for an appointment??? A department full of staff and capable of hiring more, will take no new patients!! We are sitting in the middle of a pandemic and kids lives have been jilted the most, and they tell you sorry we cant help but try to give you some lame list of other options that arent even open. Absolute disgrace for one of the main hospitals around for children! And we are Nemours patients! Disgusting !
