The worst bank I have ever seen!!! I highly recommend NOT to open a business account with this bank. You basically cant do anything with your money. Every transaction will be on hold for at least 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! no direct pay, no ach, no wires, you cant deposit a check. They can block your account without any reason. Costumer service is absolutely useless, they know nothing. THE WORST BANK in USA. They ruined my business

I live on the street behind the tower, and have for five-plus years. I had no complaints until recently, but sometime in the last several months, something changed in the building's HVAC plant, located in a structure behind the tower itself. New/upgraded equipment, or perhaps a malfunctioning of the existing equipment, I don't know. But where previously I was not able to hear any noise from the HVAC system, now there is a loud, very noticeable drone that never stops. It is very obvious when in my yard, and often can be heard even inside my house if there is not a TV on or some other sound source to drown it out. Other neighbors have mentioned the same complaint.
