        The man who "helped me" was absolutely no help at all! HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE N TOLD ME HE WAS UNABLE TO HELP ME N I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT OVER THE PHONE WHEN I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT N FACTS ARE THE STORE WAS CLOSING IN 15 MINUTES N HE DIDNT WANBA BOTHER WITH MY ISSUE WHEN I HAD TO HANDLE MY ISSUE IN STORE . HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL N THIS HAPPEN TWICE WITH THE SAME MAN SAME STORE. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
