Horrible! Paid them 15k to get out and they held my money for 3 weeks before we requested a refund it was excuse after excuse extremely unprofessional!

They are going downhill, workers are rude on the phone and they hold, steal money!!

Excellent service. The agent explained the processes clear and concise. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall, we were able to pay and bond out our family member.

Done a deal with them on 8/15/2019 concerning a Bond Forfeiture... Here it is 9/29/19 and I'm still not paid in full... Been in this industry for 20 years and this company is at top of list for not handling business.... I've reached out to them. Numerous times to handle this matter and all I get is excuses and lies.. They dont handle their business and I will never do business with them again... One of my worst experiences, it's been a nightmare dealing with them 3 years later and they still haven't paid their debt been waiting since August 19, 2019... but on January 17th somehow A message was forwarded to me on accident regarding a BBL.. I will post the message soon so everyone can see I'm telling the truth...All I want is for them to pay me for my services they agreed to pay me for...She has lied and lied and I have all proof... they are not to be trusted and if you need any proof just contact me so I can show you how she does business....and as of today April 14, 2023 she still won't pay... I saved her 100,000 on a bond Forfeiture in Texas and she gave sad stories about family business but won't pay.... Im compiling all of our text thread so you can read them for yourself and now seeking next steps to legally collect what is owed I will post all documents so you'll can read them before making a decision to deal with T & H Bail Bonds....DON'T DO IT
