I cannot comment on the quality of their work, because I haven't really been able to work with anyone. I've called twice and talked to a very friendly and reassuring receptionist who promised me that someone would call. It's been two weeks since my last contact and no one has called. Maybe they are just not into new clients at this time??

Rude and unprofessional conduct by Jennifer. I would give zero stars to this company if possible.

Called in to find out info on taxes. Was put on a long hold. A Jennifer told me she could not help me even after I was okay with the pay. Extremely rude. Not sure how they have any clients with the way she spoke. They should have someone better representing the company. Because I heard nothing bad about Tom or Rob.
