We received a call back concerning our interest in planting colorful flowers at our home Joe called back came by gave a verbal estimate was paid $3,400. and never returned sent an email stating he could not find my number, day he stated he would do the job came and went I called requested him to return my $ then he got EXTREMELY nasty claiming he purchased material had invoices ( why buy material b4 preparing area for the material) and refused to do the job or return my money. Also had various complaints from other neighbors in my developments. To think my husband served 25years of his life for our country and be cheated like this is absurd.were both seniors also what happen to INTEGRITY of mankind DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY!!!!!! I wish we did not. Also contacted Consumer Services and BBB Services: Gardening services, Landscape installations, Sod installation, Landscaping maintenance

Wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Completely unprofessional, rude, argumentative, unresponsive, unapologetic, etc. I could go on and on. Never received a written estimate or a contract for the job. Quoted a price by Joe after agreeing upon the work to be done. They never called to say when the job would start. One guy showed up the first day without checking in and never checked in any day before leaving. This job took 4 days when it should have take 1-2 days. Wouldnt answer the phone EVER when we would call to say something wasnt quite right. Attempted to correct multiple issues in person only for Joe to tell us we were wrong. Was finally glad to just be done with this business when Joe decided that he wanted to charge us more than agreed upon. When asked why there wasnt a contract he became belligerent and told ME as the homeowner that I did not know what I was talking about. Tried to say things like moving the shed costs an amount that wasnt included in the quote when the job was to move the shed, regrade the area, put down stone and move the shed back. My shed is now 3 feet in the wrong direction (lots of unusable space now) and over a foot too high. The job was literally to landscape my yard and then move / lower the shed. If your still reading it gets better please remember no one could answer the phone before and while the job was taking place. Now, for the past 3 days we have been calls that we didnt pay them the last deposit. We handed them a check, they immediately went to the bank and deposited it, it cleared our account but they say they didnt get the money. Now, I worked for bank for over 3 years - this is not our issue. The money was removed from our account, should it be returned of course we would write another check. But no, these people continue to call and harass us. This morning they were parked outside of my home at 8:00 am stating they were going to sit there until they could call the bank. Keep in mind we printed the statement that showed the check clearing our account a week ago. We asked them to leave and they have now returned, asking us to go to our bank to fix it. They have wasted almost 3 hours so far today standing around trying to get another check out of us when they can clearly see the money has left our bank account - no wonder their work is wrong. What an unprofessional, unreliable group of individuals. Service: Landscape design
