        Ok I have lived here for 7 years. The grounds are dirty, appliances are old, no play grounds, pools, clubhouse. No amenities at all. Old washer and dryer that took 4 months for them to fix. Now Im hearing that applicants get to live in the same apartments I work my butt off to afford with rent vouchers plus I hear they will be raising our rent a couple hundred dollars next renewal when does this stop. Im a single mom living paycheck to paycheck with no help and god forbid I miss one rent Id be on the street. Which I have never not paid rent. Strangers and sketchy people ride their bikes through the neighborhood. Fights happen in the parking lot. People take your one parking lot. There was a whole family living behind the dumpster.

        Why does the Vinyl Siding on all the New Homes start to warp and/or fall off within the first few months of completion ? I'm taking about all the Homes being built by all developers.
