      image Went to this guy to get some mortgage papers notarized, first he tried to charge us every place my husband and I had to sign, then when I told him no I had a lady going to do it for $20 ($5 for each notarized spot), he then said he would do it for $20, then he notarized 9 spots (5 that were unnecessary) then charging us $40 after saying he would charge $20.

      Hi Brandy, thanks for your review. I understand your frustration. Before you came for notary service, I told you i would charge by signature each for $5.00 and I told you to count the numbers of the signatures. So I think you should have known the cost before you came. When you and your husband came, I counted there were 16 signatures in total and the cost was $80.00. Since you thought it was too much for you, then I offered you the price by the numbers of notary seals. There are nine pages where you and your husband signed so I notarized nine pages for $40.00 (it should be $45.00) simply to save you trouble in case you are required to get them notarized. The notary fee I charged was half the price. If you think it’s not fair, I can refund you $20.00. Please let me know How I can wire you the refund.

      Thank you for your review but I really don’t appreciate your comment without any bases, grounds or proofs. Please let me know how I rip you off. If other notary publics charge you $10.00 per each document while I charge you $5.00, do I rip you off?
