      image My (elderly) parents used this company for a heating repair. The work was done satisfactorily, but what I cannot get over is that the technician ASKED my elderly mother ( who is on social security) for a TIP on $400 repair! She was so flustered and caught off guard that she paid the tip he suggested. Again - she is on Social Security! He must make at least double or triple the money she gets. I don't know how they have a 5 star rating when they STEAL from elderly women! Just disgusting.
