Dr. Brian J. Horn, DO

I have had three forms of cancer now. A few months ago, maybe June-July, my pain had gotten so severe I had barely slept or eaten. I called Dr Horns number. The young girl in his Dover office, Marshelle, started playing a game of cat and mouse. This went on for months. She refused to let me see the doctor and would never explain why. She would say he was busy and she would call when he was available. Every time I called and would barely get my DOB out and she would confirm my name and begin snapping at me. I even pleaded saying I was in severe pain. Ive left messages and even tried to contact the doctor on fb. I went into the Dover location where she treated me like I was being out of hand for coming in and standing there. Not once was I inappropriate or disrespectful to her. No answers. I found that the pain was caused by my third cancer. I had to go out of state and get it removed because of this. My surgery was in September and I still havent heard anything back from them. I am very tempted to get a lawyer. Im quite sure the doctor has to be aware. Im also quite certain Im not the only one she plays this sadistic game with. These are peoples lives she is playing with.

Really personable doctor; listens well and shows genuine interest. His office staff is generally pleasant.
